This process is very gentle since it uses neither heat nor chemicals. The end product is a protein isolate with a purity of over 90% and a biological value of 146.
CFM Whey Protein Isolate also contains only very small amounts of Carbohydrates, Fat and Lactose. It is usually well tolerated by people with a lactose intolerance. CFM Whey Protein Isolate also contains the protein fractions Beta-Lactoglobulin, Alpha-Lactalbumin, Bovine Serum Albumin and Immunoglobuline which can support the immune system.
